The second floor is perfect for gathering, with an airy living room, elegant dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and stylish bar that flow onto bayside balconies with panoramic water views. The ground floor houses the master suite along with additional guest bedrooms, offering privacy and comfort while maintaining a cohesive, inviting atmosphere. Vibrant colors, plush furnishings, first-class beds, and luxury linens throughout create a cheerful yet relaxing environment.

The bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements with a king bed in the master suite, a king bed in the second bedroom, and a custom bunk bed (full over king) in the third bedroom. All rooms feature high-quality mattresses and linens for restful nights.
Additional features include a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. Beach chairs and toys are conveniently stored in the home for easy access.
