Other sand sculptures on the trail include a giant walrus, mermaids, the Cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland, which is located outside of Paragraphs Bookstore, and a pair of egrets welcoming you to the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. All of the sculptures along the trail are built by professional sand artists from South Padre Island and around the world.
