Beach Breeze is your chic and classy South Padre Island beach house! Featuring a classically coastal vibe that transports you to the fine, beach side living. Beach Breeze is a 2200 sq. ft. beach house. Just 1/2 a block from the beach. Private heated pool & hot tub!!! A pool Chiller to keep the pool cooler for Summer months. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, & of course the beach. Our photos & video are not enhanced or stretched in any way.
Tile wood like floors in the main living area & square tile in the bedrooms & downstairs. Solid granite counters in the spacious fully equipped Kitchen. You can cook your favorite meals & choose to eat in the dining room, or right off the dining room doors 2 large square picnic tables. 2 more tables are on the back deck also.
There are TV's in every bedroom. Password protected Wi-Fi
3 King beds, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds. Master bedroom also has a sofa. None of the bedrooms share a wall. The kids bedroom sleeps 6.
Garage with large game area outfitted with Ping Pong, 55 inch TV, Foosball & shuffle board tables, a full-sized refrigerator. Gives your group 2 areas to have a great time.
The Sparkling pool & hot tub area has plenty of seating for the entire group.
Beach Breeze can accommodate up to 12.
